[UPDATE: show dates!]
With the recent announcements of solo shows in London and Italy, rumours have started spreading like wild fire about a full European solo tour this summer. We hope that the solo shows mean that Pearl Jam are planning to wrap up the recording of a new album soon. Otherwise, Eddie get your ass back in the studio!
So far, in addition to the Arizona show in March, we have three confirmed tour dates in Europe this summer:
June 15: Florence, Italy
June 17: Barolo, Italy
July 6: London, UK (with The Who)
First and foremost, as a Nordic tribe, we’re primarily hoping for shows in Viking country. Therefore it’s been very disappointing to hear, that the rumours so far have been saying there’ll be no shows in Scandinavia (nor any other Nordic countries).
However, we have now come across the following list of countries/cities. We can’t say anything about the reliability of the source, but it sure sparks some hope seeing NORWAY and SWEDEN on the list:
